1. Services

Soul Vibrations offers sessions for personal growth, wellness, and spiritual exploration. Our services are provided in-person in Kamloops or online via secure platforms.

All services are intended for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting with your own healthcare providers regarding any medical or psychological conditions.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings can be made through our website, email, or other communication channels.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via secure third-party providers.

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may forfeit the payment.

  • Online sessions that are missed without notice are considered completed, and fees are non-refundable.

  • Soul Vibrations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to participate in sessions responsibly and to inform the facilitator of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your session.

  • You are responsible for your own well-being during sessions, including maintaining a safe environment for online sessions.

5. Confidentiality

  • Soul Vibrations treats all personal information shared during sessions as confidential.

  • We comply with privacy laws, including PIPEDA and GDPR, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

  • Confidentiality may be limited in situations where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Soul Vibrations website, including text, images, graphics, videos, and logos, is owned by Soul Vibrations and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
