Holding Space with Heart, Integrity, and Deep Presence

I’m Meagan, a breathwork, sound experience facilitator, energy and Spiritual Healing Practitioner based in Kamloops, BC. My journey began in nursing, where I was drawn to supporting people through vulnerable and meaningful moments. That calling hasn’t changed — it’s only shifted expanded and deepened. Today, I hold space for healing that reaches beyond the physical, gently supporting the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of the self.

A Space Where You’re Truly Seen

My work isn’t about offering quick solutions or claiming to have all the answers. I don’t see myself as the healer — that role belongs to you. I’m here to walk alongside you, to witness you with care, and to hold a space where your nervous system can soften, regulate and your truth can gently rise to the surface.

Many clients share that, for the first time, they feel truly heard — able to exhale, to speak out, what’s long been held inside. Being trusted in that way is something I hold with deep respect and gratitude.

Why I Do This Work

After three decades as a nurse — working in rural communities, hospital, international settings, and leadership roles — I experienced the deep cost of working within a system that so often overlooks the soul. I was not embracing my authentic self, I was caught in the rat race of materialism, ego, I burnt out, and had lost myself in trying to prove I was good enough in a system that is broken. I lost my job and as hard as this was, it was the best and most beautifully valuable gift I could have ever received, I was given space to breathe — in every sense of the word.

What began as simple curiosity in a breathwork course became a turning point. I learned how trauma lives in the body, and through breath, sound, and spirit, I began to heal. I reclaimed parts of myself I hadn’t realized were lost. I was introduced to amazing humans and taken under their wing as I healed and started to remember who I was. Finally, I met a special person who sparked my curiosity about my helping spirits which lead me on my path to become a spiritual healer. On this journey I have realized we are all of spirit and as we live this human life the goal is soul evolution by living, loving and embracing our authentic selves. By being seen for who we are, and sharing our medicine, we encourage others to do the same. We are all one, this is inclusive of all living beings on earth, as we are all connected to the same web of life.
